The Ministry needed to make social benefits data—pensions, child benefits, disability support—publicly accessible in clear, interactive, regularly updated formats. Existing reporting was static, delayed, and difficult for citizens, researchers, and media to interpret.

Two interactive public-facing dashboards using Google Looker Studio displaying real-time social security website usage statistics and 2024 social expenditure breakdowns with visual breakdowns by benefit categories, monthly fund disbursement trends, and mobile-friendly responsive interfaces.
